FGMS was appointed as the Master Vendor to ConocoPhillips Petroleum Company UK Limited (Teesside Operations) in 2005 placing Professional Engineers, Operations and Support Personnel to the operations based at Seal Sands.
Conoco Phillips Teesside Facility is a crude oil reception, storage and trans-shipment installation. Operations comprise of both processing and tanker loading facilities and cover a 307-acre site at Seal Sands near Middlesbrough. The site with around 270 employees and has been operational for 30 years. In this time the terminal has processed over five billion barrels of oil, seen 15,000 ships visit their jetties and had a first-class safety record. The plant has also been run with a downtime of less than 24 hours in 30 years.

Fircroft were initially awarded the exclusive manpower supply contract in 2007 for a 5 year period. This has recently been re-awarded/extended for a further 2 year period (until 2014).

Contractor on-boarding – prior to commencing on-site, all contractors are put through a bespoke site and role specific HSSE training (as well as yearly refreshers)
Annual validation of all contractor licences/tickets etc.
Contractor off-boarding – a bespoke off-boarding process ensuring full return of any documentation, PPE, ID cards and equipment
Fircroft provide extensive management information and reporting to different key stakeholders at the site, including reports for procurement and HR which includes yearly benchmarking, weekly/monthly/yearly reports and reviews, hours worked reports, accruals, rate tracking, sickness etc.
